Message prices and billing

(Example: A number of 1200 messages during a month, will be billed 1200 x EUR 0,069 = EUR 82,80)

Interconnection Fee

Prices per SMS are basically the same for all destination countries/networks, with the following exceptions:

Extra interconnect fee of EUR 0,050 for each SMS terminated in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Iran, Italy, Portugal, Romania.

Extra interconnect fee of EUR 0,025 for each SMS terminated in the following countries:
Australia, Hungary, Indonesia, UK, US.

Other traffic fees

Price per outbound MMS (mobile terminated traffic): EUR 0,3 (Norway only)
Price per inbound SMS (mobile originated traffic):
To Norwegian short numbers: free (Norway only)
To UK numbers, per SMS: EUR 0,02

Name / address lookup for incoming messages, price per message: EUR 0,30 (Norway only)
Positioning for incoming messages, price per message: EUR 0,12 (Norway only)

Long messages (more than 160 characters)

A message containing more than 160 characters are divided into several messages each of 134 characters. These messages are charged according to number of SMS sent. The message logs provide an overview of the number of parts for each message.

Billing and Payment

When a contract is signed an initial setup fee will be billed. In addition, a deposit will be charged, see more details in a separate section below. Traffic fees are billed in arrears each month.
Monthly fees are billed in the beginning of each month, along with traffic charges for the previous month. The invoice will show the number of messages sent. The different message types are specified.

Traffic fees and monthly charges are billed according to the current price list at www.pswin.com, or in a customer specific price list, if included in the agreement. Invoices are sent by e-mail. The payment due is 10 days unless other is agreed.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.

More information regarding the deposit

Product packages allow sending large amounts of traffic billed in arrears. A deposit will be charged as security for the accrued monthly- and traffic cost. Standard size of deposit unless otherwise is agreed: EUR 250.

The deposit should correspond to 3 months of estimated use, but may deviate depending on the customer, credit rating and type of usage. In need of individual deposit size, an agreement will be made before the order is executed. If there is a need for change of deposit size during the contract period, this will be agreed before changes are made.

The deposit will act as a security covering unpaid invoices. When the agreement is terminated and all invoices are paid, the deposit will be credited and refunded to the customer.

VAT

Prices are exclusive VAT.
VAT will be added for Norwegian customers only. Deposits are exempt from VAT.
