PSWinCom has been a part of the development in telecommunications since the beginning of the 1990's under the name ProduktivData. 1st of July 2004, our company went from being an individual enterprise to becoming a joint-stock company. The PSWinCom company name reflects our product and registered trademark PSWinCom, which has been in use for many years as the name of the SMS software that is our core area.

The first version of PSWinCom software was developed in 1992 as a part of collaboration between the largest Norwegian mobile operator, Telenor Mobil, and us. We focused on developing software for sending messages to text pagers. In 1994 we delivered software for text messaging to the Winter Olympic Games at Lillehammer, Norway. As the use of SMS communication gradually grew through the middle of the 1990's, we expanded our software to include SMS support. Furthermore, we have offered web based SMS services since 1996.

The PSWinCom SMS Gateway is presently our main product. It was established in 2001, and currently boasts more than two thousand international customers. Our continuous development of our services to meet new demands from the market ensures an enduring growth of customers and SMS traffic. Since winter 2005 has MMS services also been a part of the PSWinCom Gateway.
