Our SMS Gateway is used mostly for outgoing SMS, also called mobile terminated (MT), that is traffic from computer systems and to mobile phones. Two-way SMS means that traffic is also going the other way, from mobile phones to computer systems. This is called incoming SMS, or mobile originated (MO).

Receive SMS
Incoming SMS is sent from mobile phones to a telephone number assigned to our SMS Gateway from the mobile operators. We can assign you as a customer a dedicated number to receive SMS, or we can let you share a number with other customers by use of keywords. We can use Norwegian short numbers of 5 digits, or UK numbers of 10 digits.

Shortnumber
In Norway we have 26112 as standard number for use of keywords. If you require your own Norwegian number, we can provide one from the operators. If your business already have a Norwegian short number, we can host this technically, so that you can relate to our simple interfaces and complete SMS solutions.

Easy management of incoming SMS
Incoming SMS can be read directly in your web account, or in the web solution Intouch. Incoming SMS can also be forwarded to an email address, or be sent to a web server or another computer at your selection.
